Sure Lifestyle Clubhouse – Terms and Conditions

By registering as a member of Sure Lifestyle Clubhouse, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Membership is open to individuals of all ages, unless specific activities have age requirements.
1.2. Members must provide accurate personal information and a recent selfie during registration for security verification.
1.3. Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the individual registered.

2. Registration and Access

2.1. Members must complete the online registration form and accept these terms and conditions.
2.2. Upon approval, members will receive a unique personal access code for clubhouse entry. This code must not be shared.
2.3. Members are responsible for safeguarding their access code. Any lost or compromised codes must be reported to Sure Lifestyle immediately.

3. Liability Waiver

3.1. Participation in activities and use of facilities is at the member’s own risk. Sure Lifestyle is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues occurring on the premises or during any activity.
3.2. Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate. Please consult a healthcare professional if needed.
3.3. Sure Lifestyle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the clubhouse.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. All members are expected to treat staff, volunteers, and fellow members with respect and kindness.
4.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
4.3. Members must comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines within the clubhouse.

5. Photography and Video Consent

5.1. By participating in clubhouse activities, members consent to being photographed or recorded (video/audio).
5.2. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and advertising.
5.3. If a member does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they must notify staff in writing prior to the activity.

6. Facility Usage

6.1. Members must use equipment and facilities responsibly and return items to their designated places after use.
6.2. Members will be held responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
6.3. Clubhouse access is only permitted during official operating hours.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Sure Lifestyle collects personal data (e.g., name, contact info, ID, selfie) for registration, communication, and safety purposes.
7.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
7.3. CCTV is used in the clubhouse (excluding private areas such as restrooms) for safety and dispute resolution.

8. Payments and Fees

8.1. Certain activities, snacks, and beverages may incur additional costs. Members are expected to use the honesty box system or any other provided payment method.
8.2. Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

9. Termination of Membership

9.1. Sure Lifestyle reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior.
9.2. Members may cancel their membership at any time through written notice or online request.

10. Amendments

10.1. Sure Lifestyle may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to members.
10.2. Continued use of the clubhouse following updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Acknowledgment

11.1. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
11.2. You acknowledge that you are physically and medically fit to participate in activities, or have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary.
